2014 Mid Atlantic Underclass Showcase
Teddy Zaphiris is a 2016 2B/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Goshen, NY who attends Goshen Central. Medium, young, slender frame with room to add strength. Arm strength is still developing across the infield but makes accurate throws. Needs to refine fielding actions. Bats right-handed, works from high hand setup and sets up with a wide lower half. Has lift in his swing and hits to the middle of the field. Flashes solid bat speed and makes consistent contact. Very good student.
