Rasul Rahman is a 2016 3B/IF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from New Hyde Park, NY who attends Great Neck South. Medium, strongly built, proportioned frame with room to add strength. Shows sound infield actions and flashes good lateral agility. Has the hands to stick at third base and transfers the ball quickly. Bats right-handed, works from a narrow, upright setup and has a compact swing path. Hits to the middle of the field and stays inside the ball. Has a quiet, simple approach. Hits the ball hard to his pull side. Very good student.
