Nicholas Arre is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Hillsdale, NY who attends Taconic Hills. Medium, athletic frame with nice present strength on his frame and room to add more. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back and a quick arm coming through. Creates deception in delivery, tilts shoulders and does a nice job of working down in the zone. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with cutting life and projects for more with better use of lower half. Curveball shows short 1-7 break and flashes a changeup at 72 mph. Right-handed batter, starts with an upright stance and a high hand set. Stays balanced through swing, line drive swing plane, does a nice job of covering the plate, creates contact to pull side. Outstanding student.
