Nathan Sanchez is a 2019 C/3B, MIF, RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Lake View. Medium and skinny frame with room to project on. Ran a 7.59 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, moves out of his crouch with some quickness, gains ground working towards second base into his release, plenty of effort to actions, compact arm action with average arm strength, 1.97 second best pop time. Secondary third baseman, took reps in the infield with some mobility moving to the baseball, rounds the baseball well, longer arm action into throws with similar arm strength as behind the plate, topped out at 77 mph from across the diamond. Lefthanded hitter, sets up with a narrow base, takes a small step forward into contact with a hand waggle at load, hands move on an inside path to the baseball, flashed fluidity to stroke when working to the middle of the field, tools to like at the plate with some minor refinement.
