Mason Morris is a 2022 C/3B, OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Felton, DE who attends Milford Senior HS. Recorded a 4.95 second 40-yard dash time. Large athletic frame with advanced present physicality and room for more. Primary catcher who gains ground very well with throws recorded up to 76 mph. Lower arm slot release with good accuracy and excellent carry out of the hand. Arm strength played well at secondary position of the infield. Righthanded hitter with a slightly open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Creates good present bat speed and whips the barrel nicely through the zone. Lots of strength at the point of impact with a mostly level swing plane. Raw bat speed gives him a chance and will unlock additional power with some lower half adjustments. Good student. Named to the 2019 NE Indoor Top Prospect List.
