Bryan Scribner is a 2019 OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from St. Augustine, FL who attends Bartram Trail High School. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, strong, projectable build with present strength throughout. Ran a 7.18 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes short steps moving towards the ball and works behind it well, will continue to refine overall footwork, full arm action through the back, shows nice carry out of hand when on top of ball and accuracy to intended base. Lefthanded hitter, begins with an open stance and a high back elbow at the plate. Does a nice job of getting on line with hips moving into contact, incorporates lower half well, shows a linear swing plane through the zone. Creates line drive contact and comes off well when on time, occasionally opens front side, shows ability to work all fields. Very good student.
