Sean Harris is a 2016 C/OF/IF with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends KIPP Atlanta Collegiate HS. Medium, athletic frame with solid build and good strength throughout body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.51 seconds. Sets up high behind the plate when catching, shows quality receiving mechanics and quick actions into catch-and-throw. Gathers feet well with balance and gets off quick release. Popped as low as 2.33 seconds down to 2nd base and throws were clocked up to 72 MPH. Hits from open stance with balanced base, leg lift trigger with hip open and keeps back elbow high pre-swing. Flashes ability to turn the barrel well and catch the ball out in front, will drive the ball better with more incorporation of lower half into swing. Pull-to-middle field approach, will spray contact to all fields at times, line drive swing plane results in solid contact up the middle/to the left side with consistency.
