Cole Krieger is a 2020 RHP/MIF/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Chesterfield, MO who attends Lafayette HS. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger, projects well physically. Back turn very low hand delivery, very rotational, lands closed and is coming back around his body, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, very consistent velocity, fastball is straight but thrown to spots to get ahead in the count. Best pitch in a low 70's change up, very good arm speed and nice feel for the strike zone, got four outs in two innings on his change up. Curveball doesn't work from his delivery at present. Has two pitches he can command and that have quality. Left handed hitter, stays balanced and repeats his swing well, high average approach that gets the barrel out on time, some developing bat speed. 7.36 runner. Good student.
