Daniel Medina is a 2017 OF/ with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Ponce, PR who attends Puerto Rico BB Academy. Has a solid frame and good strength to build. Posted a 7.07 second sixty yard dash. From the outfield, had smooth actions and footwork, easy effort into throws with good arm strength on accurate throws. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a high hand set. Uses a middle of the field approach with an inside hand path, gets through contact point well with good bat speed . Could see even more loud contact as he continues to get consistent incorporation of his lower half. Excellent student.
