Shane Rocklein is a 2015 MIF/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Manatee. Medium, athletic, slender build and has some room to fill out. Ran a 7.29 60 yard dash. Shows good defensive actions on the infield and gets the most out of his present arm strength. Hands work well and doesn't make many mistakes. Bats right-handed, works from an upright setup and knows how to inside out the ball to right field. Has some hand movement before his swing but gets in position to drive the ball. Has a flat, line drive swing path and makes consistent contact. Excellent student.
