Austin Pullar is a 2017 SS/2B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Olympia, WA who attends Tumwater HS. Short compact athletic build. Left handed hitter, crowds the plate but has the hand quickness to get away with it, aggressive approach offensively and swings hard, looks to pull and drive the ball and makes solid contact, sees the ball well and had consistent quality game at-bats, projects well as a hitter as he gets stronger. 7.19 runner, has balanced athletic actions on defense, active feet and moves well to the ball, arm works well but arm strength still developing, has a chance to stay at shortstop with an improved arm. Nice young player who plays hard and aggressively. Very good student.
