Cory Hough is a 2008 LHP/OF/1B from Lebanon, OH, with a taller frame that shows strength throughout at 6-1, 160 lbs. He pitches from a 3/4 a lot with solid mechanics. His fastball is at 78 mph with good sink. His curveball has a big slow break with a good 1-7 tilt. His change-up shows very good sinking action and it is his best pitch with good deception and arm speed. He is a very smart pitcher and knows how to pitch. He has good command of 3 pitches. Defensively, he has nice actions with a good arm. He shows nice rhythm at the plate with good bat speed. He is a high-level pitching prospect with a very good upside. Cory is a very good student.
