Tanner Wright is a 2017 SS/3B, OF, RHP with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV. Young, slender frame that projects to add strength. Ran a 7.01 60 yard dash. Good athlete. Has a strong arm across the infield and transfers the ball cleanly. Has quickness in his actions and covers a lot of ground. Also has good carry on his throws from the outfield. Bats right-handed, works from a relaxed setup and has simple, clean swing mechanics. Stays short to the ball and flashes present pull side power. Also took the mound, tops at 79 mph from an over the top arm slot. Mixes a 12-6 curveball with solid depth at 64 mph. Flashes a changeup down in the zone. Very good student.
