Isaiah Hayes is a 2017 2B/C, SS with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Reidsville, NC who attends Reidsville. Hayes has a lean athletic build. Hits from an upright open stance, relaxed stride to square. Short line drive swing plane with good extension. Stays balanced and makes consistent contact. Defensively, on the INF, athletic actions, fields ball into mid section well. hands work well. Developing arm strength. Behind the plate, accurate throws, high energy with actions, good soft hands for receiving. Outstanding Student.
