Mike Borucki is a 2016 C/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Cherokee HS. Borucki has a long lean build with room to fill out. Hits from a square stance, big leg raise trigger, aggressive approach with line drive swing plane. Gets barrel to ball and makes solid contact. Front foot is late at times, but when on time ball jumps off barrel. has a quick bat through the zone. Defensively, from the OF, quick actions to ball, has quick arm, plays through the ball with good hands. From behind the plate, quick actions, clean transfer and release, accurate throws. Talks a lot behind plate. Outstanding Student.
