Conrad Smalley is a 2017 C/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Tuscaloosa, AL who attends Tuscaloosa Academy. Solid build with strength in the body. Shows tools behind the plate with developing receiving skills and some raw arm strength to work with. Has solid footwork and gains grounds on throws, but can quicken up his transfer and release process. Uses a deep hand set from a slighly open stance. at the plate. Has a calm and simple approach and is able to repeat it with some feel for the barrel. Very good student.
