Cameron Bare is a 2017 3B/1B, OF, RHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Providence. Strong, athletic build with broad shoulders and present strength throughout his frame. Ran a 7.39 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, takes short steps to the ball with defensive tools that play at the hot corner. Full arm action across the diamond with extension out front, shows nice arm strength with carry and accuracy across. Right-handed batter, shifts weight well moving into contact with a medium set. Uses strength well and generates a quick barrel through the zone. Full swing, quick hands, occasionally gets to front side early, showed present strength to the middle of the field with carry. Excellent student.
