AJ Nelums is a 2017 MIF/3B with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Oceanside, CA who attends Oceanside. Small frame, lean build with room to fill, good coordination. Solid infield actions, comes through the baseball well and hands work, good footwork and comes through the bag well on double plays. Hits from a noisy setup in the box, late trigger forces him to use hand quickness to catch up to ball, good discipline in game at-bats. Good student.
