Peyton Piersol is a 2014 C/1B with a 6-2 177 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Woods HS. Tall athletic build, has some present strength. Right handed hitter, open stance, early load and stride takes away hitting rhythm and flow, loose easy swing, long path but has some bat speed, likes getting arms extended, line drive plane, solid mid field contact, projects as a hitter. Long actions and arm stroke behind the plate, will need to improve shifting quickness and receiving skills, also plays first base, 2.13 best pop time. Good student.
