Blake Maddox is a 2015 C/3B/1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Jacksonville, TX who attends The Brook Hill HS. Big strong prototypical catcher's build. Shows good quickness behind the plate, athletic actions with some bounce in his step, quick release with accurate throws, good arm strength, 2.02 best pop time, can improve softness in his hands and glove position receiving the ball. Right handed hitter, spread stance with a high hand set, long and strong swing with good bat speed, has some uppercut and extension/lift out front for power potential, aggressive hitter who is looking to drive the ball.
