Graeme Stinson is a 2016 LHP/1B with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Norcross, GA who attends Norcross HS. Extra large athletic build, broad shoulders, strong with plenty of room to get stronger. Loose and fast arm, 3/4's arm slot, medium length arm action, slightly across body on release which occasionally keeps him from getting the ball to his glove side, short stride out front, still a bit young in his coordination and ability to repeat his release point. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, stays on top of the ball well and gets sink down in the zone and to the arm side. Change up was his best secondary pitch, has some deception with good arm speed and late diving action. Rare slider had decent bite and shape and got to the glove side well. Very projectable southpaw both physically and with the development of his secondary pitches. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Duke.
