Kyle Dean is a 2015 OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Poway HS. Very strong well proportioned athletic build. Right handed hitter, spread stance with a high hand start, long loose swing with very good bat speed, aggressive swing approach, has some lift in his swing and can drive the gaps, handles the barrel well and squares the ball up hard, will need to shorten swing at the next level but has high level hitting tools. 6.88 runner, speed plays up in games, runs the bases very aggressively. Good arm from the outfield with on line accurate throws. Plays hard and has a presence on the field. Good student, verbal commitment to San Diego. Selected for the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
