Marcel Morales is a 2012 OF/3B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Elizabeth, NJ who attends Seton Hall Prep. Medium athletic build. Versatile player who can play both OF and IF. Solid actions on the infield, has tools. Body moves well to the ball with some stiffness at times. Arm is average with some carry. Quick feet in the outfield with easy hands fielding the ball. Solid line drive swing at the plate. Hands start early and are very aggressive. Hits the ball out front, loses backside at times on swing. Has raw, currently raw with swing actions. Very good student.
