Tanner Cebula is a 2013 OF/RHP with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Elkton, MD who attends North East. Lean, athletic player with room to fill out and add strength. Solid actions in the outfield, has athleticism and hop in step. Looseness in arm, clean arm circle, quick release. Has some feel for fielding. Right handed hitter, high hands, upright approach. Long swing with extension, transfer weight. Most of contact is to right-center field. More to come. Very good student.
