2004 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Trask is a 2005 MIF/3B from Hampstead, NH with a 6'0"/175 pound frame. He Showed great athleticism during the entire event and ran a 6.84 in the 60. He has tremendous actions at SS with above average carry on his 78 mph throws. He has a very good glove and excellent range. He makes the tough plays look routine. Offensively, he's aggressive to the ball with a short stride and quick hands. His knowledge of the strike zone allows him to hit the ball consistently hard from gap to gap. He is a solid player with good tools and a high level prospect.
