Michael Martone is a 2013 C/1B, 3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Memorial. Strong, athletic frame with present strength and projection for more. High base receiving behind the plate. Aggressive, does a good job of gaining ground to second base. Long arm action with some arm strength. Left handed hitter, Deep load with hands, lower half is loose and transfers weight well. Base gets wide, very good contact skills. Flashed pop as well. Excellent student.
