Cody Roberts is a 2015 C/RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Johns Creek, GA who attends Blessed Trinity Catholic HS. Very nice athletic build, has present strength with more to come. 6.83 runner, quick and athletic behind the plate, stays low, loose actions shifting and blocking, very good raw arm strength with some effort on release, very accurate throws, has all the tools to be a top level defensive catcher. Right handed hitter, open stance, calm load, swings hard with a short path to the ball and gets extended at contact, line drive swing with contact to all fields, should keep improving offensively with additional strength. Good student.
