Brandon Serota is a 2012 OF/LHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Merrick, NY who attends Bellmore JFK. Medium, athletic build with room to add strength. Solid approach to the ball in the outfield. Hands are clean. Arm action is efforty with uphill throws. More velocity to come in future. Left-handed bat with a slightly open stance. Flat swing plane with a line drive stroke. Good contact skills with the ability to take the ball to the opposite field. Potential at plate. More pop to come with additional strength. Good student.
