Nick Weeks is a 2012 3B/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Andover, MN who attends Andover. Athletic build with room to fill. Good feet fielding on the infield. Tools project well to 3B. Quickness in hands. Short arm action with good playable arm strength. Right-handed hitter with a wide stance. Long swing with very good contact skills. Has bat control and gets good leverage in his swing. Looks to pull the ball and has pop in his bat. Pitches from 3/4 slot on the mound. Big wind-up, stays balanced and gets extension. Good arm speed with low 80s fastball with sink. Slider had loose rotation and horizontal break. Good student.
