Joey Rogers is a 2012 1B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends St Francis HS. Strong stout build, especially in the lower half. Right handed hitter, late pull back load, leg lift trigger, square stance, tends to be late with timing, keeps swing short, will flash raw bat speed and occasional lift. Playable defensive actions at first base, 7.87 runner, has also caught in the past. Good student.
