Michael Nocera is a 2013 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Bristol, CT who attends Bristol Eastern. Very lean, athletic pitcher with lots of room to fill out and add strength. Short stride on the mound, stiff delivery, stays over back leg. Throws form 3/4 slot, Aggressive in delivery, finishes wide open. Goes after hitters with fastball. Projects for some more velo. Changeup has natural run and curveball has big 11/5 break. Good athlete who fields and throws well on the infield. gets to balls and can make all throws. Right handed hitter, bat wrap, line drive swing plane. Aggressive swings with contact to pull side. Good student.
