Norberto Susini is a 2007 MIF from Braddock High School in Miami, FL, with an athletic 5'11'', 175 lb. frame. Susini is an athletic all-around player, and was named to the Top Prospect Team at the event. Defensively he has nice actions with soft hands, and great body control with smooth footwork. His quick hands allow him to have a quick transfer and he can turn the double play well. Susini shows solid arm strength across the diamond with accurate and online throws. At the plate he hits from the right side with a slightly open stance that he closes well at contact. There is balance in his swing, and Susini shows good bat speed through the zone. He is a gap to gap hitter with a line drive swing plane that makes consistent contact and centers the ball well. Susini is a good middle infielder that needs to be followed.
