Austin Joseph is a 2012 RHP/MIF/OF with a 6-1 167 lb. frame from Midlothian, VA who attends Midlothian. Lean athletic build, body projects well. High 3/4 arm slot, short loose arm action, arm works, tight 10-4 slurve, good life on fastball, around the plate with all pitches, challenges hitters, will improve with more polish to his delivery. Good hitting approach, quick hands, stays inside the ball well, drives the ball to all part of the field. Feet work well in the field, athletic actions, good range, quick release. Outstanding student.
