Jake Hanley is a 2009 LHP/1B with a 6'2'', 170 lb. frame from Mill Creek, WA who attends Archbishop Murphy. Lean build, big frame, angular. Imposing on hill, good presence, full windup, stays on top and drives to plate - good downward angle, uses height, good tempo delivery, repeats it, quick pick off move, holds runners well, CB 12-6 sharp at times - pitch has strikeout potential. Good target at first, keeps ball in front. Straight stance at plate, high hand set, hit well in games, hard contact, hands work to ball. Good student.
