2010 Midwest Underclass Showcase
Jonah Lakatos is a 2012 C/RHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Grand Rapids, MI who attends Forest Hills Central. Tall lanky athletic build, put together well. Very interesting two-way prospect. Showed very good arm strength behind the plate and on the mound. Showed compact arm action on the mound, Slider had some tilt to it, also flashed a Curveball and Changeup. Showed strength at the plate with an uppercut swing and solid present bat speed. Projects to develop power at the plate. Interesting prospect to follow. Good student.
