Kelton Redpath is a strong bodied 2005 middle infielder from College Station, TX, with some good baseball skills. He shows good hands and actions on defense and his throws have some nice carry to them. Redpath doesn’t come through his throws, though, and loses velocity across the diamond. Offensively, Redpath hits from a tall, narrow stance with no stride but with a nice smooth hand load. He’s a front foot hitter with good hand strength, but little extension in his swing. He does show excellent hitting potential. Redpath also pitched three innings, topping out at 81 mph on his fastball with a big breaking 66 mph curveball. He's a good student.
