Fisher is an "04" C/P from Illinois. At 6'1/205 he has a good strong body. He runs pretty good. He needs some improvement with the techniques behind the plate, but he shows ability. His 2.12 pop times with 71 mph velocity would improve with better direction in his transfer and throws. He shows power potential with a nice swing that showed consistent solid contact. On the mound he showed better arm strength, up to 82 mph. He also showed a nice 73 mph breaking ball. The 71 mph from behind the plate is misleading because he actually goes somewhat side ways to throw. Could be a sleeper.
