2026 PG Pennsylvania Indoor Showcase
Tanner DeStefano is a 2028 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Irwin, PA who attends Penn Trafford. Strong and physical build. Right handed hitter, sets up in a closed stance with a high back elbow load, uncoils and swings hard, strong enough to impact the ball hard, lots going on to time up but the bat speed is there when it comes together. 7.54 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, is light on his feet for his size and works behind the ball well, gets the glove down early and fields cleanly, made accurate throws with good carry. Also worked out in the outfield with similar actions and tools. Took a turn on the mound, works from a side step delivery with a belt high leg raise and good lower half drive down the mound. Fastball was in the upper 70's with nice running life. Curveball was a good pitch that hitter's didn't recognize well. Filled up the zone with both pitches and had a good outing. Good student. Named to the PG Pennsylvania Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
