Cael Kluever is a 2026 3B/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Charlotte, IA who attends Northeast Goose Lake. Recorded a 5.44 second 40-yard dash time. Tall and high-waisted frame with plenty of projection and room to fill moving forward. Primary third baseman with young movements and footwork, will continue to improve with added repetitions and strength/body control. Will get the glove down late at times which causes him to rush and speed himself up. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a medium arm action and drop and drive lower half mechanics, lands in line with the plate and gets a bit rotational at finish. Works down the mound well but doesn't always get over the front side. Gets occasional run on the fastball. Right-handed hitter with an upright stance and open base, starts with a high hand set. Has some quickness and strength in the swing, fires his hips well and has present twitch. Has power potential as he continues to grow, swing will smooth out with age. Young prospect with some promise as he makes mechanical adjustments. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
