2022 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Rachel Perlman is a 2025 C/SS fro Lakewood CO who attends D'Evelyn HS. This young athlete did a great job showcasing herself and was someone you can tell has a love and passion for the game. Defensively, she does a great job keeping her feet moving and showed great effort and hustle on her range to the ball. Behind the plate she maintained good foot work as well but needs to utilize her leg drive more to increase pop. This will come as she gets older and stronger. Offensively, she is a lefty slapper who showcased her speed down the line. Had good ball placement when she was on time with pitches. When she switched over to the right side to stand in, she showcased an athletic swing and once she gets herself on time consistently she is going to be a great consistent switch hitter for any team. Overall excited to watch this athlete progress and she gets older and stronger. Has many great intangibles and cannot wait to see where this sport takes her.
