2003 Spring Showcase
Sadler is a fleet-footed outfielder who has taken on switch hitting over the past year. He is an athletic player that can make a difference with his speed. We clocked him in the 60 on our laser at a blazing 6.54 and he can turn in on in the outfield just as quick. He showed some good hitting also with his left-handed swing demonstrating bat-speed and the ability to hit live pitching up the middle with it. From the right side he looked good showing the same bat-speed and he gave the ball a charge in BP on a few. He threw with 79 mph velocity from the outfield, gets rid of the ball quickly and gets to the ball in a hurry making the plays routinely. He has committed to Mesa CC in Arizona.
