Perfect Game is expanding their presence across the country by adding several new events in 2019. The Regional Tournament Director will play an integral part in this expansion. Director will work closely with the Regional offices as well as the National Headquarters to ensure the events in the region match the expectations and reputation that Perfect Game events hold historically. Tremendous growth potential with many opportunities to help Perfect Game grow the game of baseball and to expand role with the department and company.

  • Build relationships with travel baseball organizations to attend and promote players through PG events.
  • Perform daily reach-outs to potential sales.
  • Creation and implementation of all tournament schedules for events in region.
  • Maintaining working relationship with facilities and county officials.
  • Administrative tasks to ensure properly set-up and executed events.
  • Assist with on-site showcases both regionally and nationally when needed. This includes but not limited to travelling to events, running workouts, and scouting players.
  • Extensive travel to events required.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Sports Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related fields a plus.)
  • General knowledge of baseball and sports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong verbal skills, ability to work well with others and collaborate on events, ability to work in fast pace environment, ability to build relationships and sell.
  • Proficient skills with technology, including Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance, FSA, 401(k)). COMPANY INFORMATION:
