2014 Top Prospects

Phillip Pimble  OF - 2014 - Bronx, NY
Georgia Highlands

Pimble is a physical 5-11/210 lb outfielder who showed a professional hitting approach at the plate. He swung the bat well throughout the event and showed good hitting tools. Also ran pretty well at 7.12 and threw 83 MPH from the outfield.

Beresford Burgan  OF - 2014 - Bronx, NY

Burgan is a physical and projectable bodied outfielder with solid tools. He ran a 7.20 and threw 83 MPH from the outfield. Burgan showed some hitting tools at the plate with some upside.

Brett Sheehan  OF - 2014 - Lawrenceville, GA
Uncommitted

Sheehan is an athletic player with 6.97 speed and 79 MPH arm strength from the outfield. He showed some bat speed in the BP session but really swung the bat well in game. He hustled all over the field and played hard as well.


2015 Top Prospects

Michael Curry  C - 2015 - Gainesville, GA
Georgia

Curry was impressive and showed big time tools across the board. He popped a 1.85 with 83 MPH arm strength in the workout and absolutely mashed in BP. Curry played well in game and showed why he's already committed to Georgia.

Tristin English  RHP - 2015 - Williamson, GA
Georgia Tech

English was very impressive on the mound pitching at 90-92 MPH with his fastball. He also threw a sharp slider at 80 MPH and he showed some feel for it. English also showed high level catching tools popping a 1.87 with 85 MPH arm strength. Very good two-way guy with big upside.

Terrell McCall II  RHP - 2015 - Lithonia, GA
Alabama State

McCall was impressive on the mound pitching at 86-89 MPH with his fastball from a loose easy arm action. He threw 3 pitches for strikes and showed good pitchability. McCall is an athletic two way guy as well running a 6.78, thew 90 MPH from the outfield, and swung the bat well in BP and games. He's an interesting two way guy.

Isaiah Lewis  SS - 2015 - Atlanta, GA
Kentucky

Lewis ran a 6.77 and showed high level defensive tools both in the workout and in the games portion of the showcase. He has hitting tools with quick hands and bat speed. Lewis is very athletic toolsy infielder who could be a high level second baseman next level.

Brody Wofford  SS - 2015 - Rome, GA
University of Central Florida/Chipola College

Wofford is an athletic middle infielder who ran a 7.13, threw 89 MPH across the infield, and threw 91 MPH from the outfield. He showed real good actions defensively with instincts. He also swung the bat will with a short swing path and hard contact to the pullside. He was also up to 86 MPH with his fastball on the mound.

Jabari Richards  OF - 2015 - Fayetteville, GA
Furman

Richards is a legit two way guy with athletic tools. He ran a 6.89, threw 87 MPH from the outfield, and had one of the better BP rounds at the event. He made consistent hard contact with some pop. Richards was also up to 84 MPH with his fastball on the mound.

David Posas  MIF - 2015 - Valdosta, GA
Mercer

Posas was very impressive with the bat in BP making very hard contact with high level bat speed. He has good pop and good hitting tools. Posas showed good defensive actions on the infield with arm strength up to 79 MPH.

Brandon Hill  OF - 2015 - Lilburn, GA
Alabama/Chattahoochee Valley CC

Hill has an athletic 6-0/175 lb frame with loose easy actions on the field. He ran a 7.10, threw 87 MPH from the outfield, and threw 85 MPH off the mound. Hill looked very good defensively in the outfield and swung the bat well with good hitting tools. Solid two-way prospect with upside.

Cole Vann  OF - 2015 - Colquitt, GA
Valdosta State

Vann showed very good arm strength in the workout throwing 93 MPH from the outfield and 86 MPH across the infield. He also ran a 7.07 in the sixty. Vann swung the bat well in BP and games and showed some pop.

Khai Anderson  OF - 2015 - Atlanta, GA
Navy

Anderson was impressive in the workout running a 6.59 and throwing 89 MPH from the outfield. He showed good defensive tools and athleticism in the outfield. Anderson showed quick hands at the plate and has some hitting tools.

Garrett Wise  OF - 2015 - Matthews, NC
Wake Tech

Wise has good speed by running a 6.76. He also threw 86 MPH from the outfield and 83 MPH from the infield. Wise swung the bat well and generated real good bat speed. The ball really jumped off his bat and he showed good tools across the board.

Trevor Brown  SS - 2015 - Lilburn, GA
Kennesaw State

Brown showed outstanding defensive actions and instincts all weekend. He ran a 7.25 and threw 78 MPH across the infield and took a great BP. Brown has good hitting tools with bat speed and a real simple swing.

Miles Moore  3B - 2015 - Asheville, NC
Uncommitted

Moore has a very good 6-4/190 lb build that projects. He showed some arm strength with velocity up to 83 MPH. Moore has good hitting tools with some power potential as well.

Yorel James  OF - 2015 - Conyers, GA
Point

James is an athletic 5-11/150 lb. outfielder who ran a 7.21 and threw 82 MPH from the outfield. He showed very interesting hitting tools in BP and takes his hands to the ball well. The ball comes off his bat well and has some pop.

EJ Ranel  OF - 2015 - Dacula, GA
Indian River State College

Ranel has a lively 5-7/146 lb body with fast twitch actions. He ran a 6.92 and threw 86 MPH from the outfield in the workout. He also showed a good swing with real quick hands. Interesting athletic player.

Tarez Miller  SS - 2015 - Milton, GA
Georgia Southern

Miller has a strong athletic build at 5-9/195 lb. He ran a 7.08 and threw 85 MPH across the infield. Miller has high level defensive tools and good hands. He also swung the bat well with good bat speed and juice.

Christian Cain  C - 2015 - Six Mile, SC
Clemson/University of South Carolina-Lancaster

Cain is a thick strong catcher who is a legit two way guy. He popped a 1.96 with 80 MPH arm strength and showed some hitting tools as well. Cain pitched at 84-86 MPH with his fastball and projects for more.

Hunter Green  OF - 2015 - Columbus, GA
Uncommitted

Green ran very well with a 6.79 and showed good speed in games. He has a 6-3/175 lb build that projects well. Green showed good hitting tools with bat speed and he made consistent contact.

Scott Smith  RHP - 2015 - Sharpsburg, GA
Savannah State

Smith is a long projectable bodied right handed pitcher with a 6-6/200 lb body. His fastball was up to 84 MPH with a quick arm action. Smith has a deceptive delivery and projects for more velocity.

Elijah Willingham  LHP - 2015 - Hiram, GA
South Carolina-Upstate

Willingham is a pitchability left hander with a loose arm action. He threw a 1/7 curveball with good shape to it and it got sharper the more he threw it. Intersting left hander with more velo to come.

Charlie Bishop  LHP - 2015 - Simpsonville, SC
Florence-Darlington Technical College

Bishop is a pitchability left hander with velocity up to 82 MPH. He threw a tight curveball with some bite at 66 MPH and he showed feel for it. Also threw a change up at 74 MPH with sink. Throws 3 pitches for strikes and projects for more velocity.

Austin Riggins  OF - 2015 - Fountain Inn, SC
Penn State

Riggins had the best sixty yard dash time of 6.58. He also threw 81 MPH from the outfield with solid actions. Riggins has some bat speed with some hitting tools.

Devin Mangum  OF - 2015 - Black Mountain, NC
Mars Hill

Mangum ran a 6.84 in the sixty and threw 82 MPH from the outfield. He showed a shorter swing at the plate with some bat speed. Fast twitch athlete with some tools to get better with.

Chandler Burrow  C - 2015 - Suwanee, GA
TCU/Southern Union State CC

Burrow really stood out with the bat in BP. He has quick hands to the baseball and generates easy bat speed. Burrow also caught well in the games portion of the showcase and moved well behind the plate.


2016 Top Prospects

Austin Chastang  RHP - 2016 - Bay Minette, AL
Southeastern Louisiana

Chastang has a big framed body at 6-5/215 lbs. He pitched at 82-86 MPH with his fastball with arm speed and projection. There's more velocity in there and he has upside. Chastang finished his BP round well and showed some pop.

Miguel Urbina  3B - 2016 - Dallas, GA
Georgia Southwestern State/Georgia Highlands

Urbina threw 85 MPH from the outfield with a 7.13 time in the sixty. He showed quick hands at the plate with some bat speed. Solid tools overall to improve with.

Luke Fetchko  OF - 2016 - Greer, SC
Guilford Technical CC

Fetchko ran a 6.94 and threw 82 MPH from the outfield. He has a short swing and made good contact in his BP session. Fetchko also showed good actions on the infield in game.

Dylan Pacifico  RHP - 2016 - Farragut, TN
Uncommitted

Pacifico was up to 82 MPH on the mound with a short quick arm action. The ball comes out of his hand clean and projects for more velocity. Could make a velocity jump quick with a few adjustments.

Andrew Eiswerth  OF - 2016 - Kennesaw, GA

Eiswerth ran a 6.78 and threw 86 MPH from the outfield. He showed some raw tools defensively and is a fast twitch athlete.


2017 Top Prospects

Nicholas Trabacchi  RHP - 2017 - Hauppauge, NY
UMBC

Trabacchi was up to 79 MPH with his fastball with a loose easy arm action. He threw his curveball for strikes and gets some sink on his change up.
