UPDATES ARE POSTED IN REAL TIME @PGBAcentex - PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR A REDUCED TIME LIMIT (ex: 1hr 30min) in the event we need to implement to stay on scheduled game times due to a weather delay. The 7:00 games today at Cornerstone and Trinity will start at 7:00. Tournament rules are posted further down the in this memo box.

POSTED 8:45am Sun 7/11 - No weather related issues to report at this time. Please make sure you review your game schedule today to make sure we are all on the same page. All games in the entire tournament are at D-BAT Kerrville today. PGBA centex would like to say a sincere thank you for allowing us to serve your organization this weekend. We know you have many tournament host choices every weekend and we value that you chose us.

POSTED 2:35pm Sat 7/11 - Trinity has been washed out for the weekend. 18u teams scheduled to play at Trinity tomorrow will be moved around and the schedule will be adjusted. Some of the games scheduled for Trinity on Sunday will be played at D-BAT Kerrville. Thank you for your flexibility and patience.

POSTED 9:05am Sat 7/10- No new issues to report in regards to starting games on time this morning at Cornerstone. Trinity Univ staff has been hard at work to prepare the field for the first game at 2:30. I will have another update on Trinity at 11:30.

POSTED 7:30pm Fri 7/9 - the Saturday schedule for Trinity and Cornerstone has been updated due to the request by the Trinity administration to start the first game on campus tomorrow at 2:30. Therefore, the 10:00 & 12:15 games at Trinity had to be moved. We did everything possible to minimize the change(s) and inconvenience. Please know we tried and we understand there will be some angst and potential frustration. We understand.
POSTED 7:20pm Fri 7/9 - there are changes being made to the Saturday schedule at Trinity and Cornerstone. Trinity was hit hard today by rain and games there tomorrow will not start until the afternoon. Check back for updates if your team was scheduled to play Saturday at Trinity or Cornerstone. We are doing our best to make minimal changes as possible.
POSTED 1:05pm Fri 7/9 - the revised schedule for the Saturday & Sunday Regional Championship has been posted and is LIVE. Thank you for your patience. The PG website was being bombarded with schedule updates for tournaments around the state (and country) due to inclement weather so the system has been strained and slow. All teams play two games tomorrow (Sat) and one game Sunday at either Trinity Univ or Cornerstone. Top two seeded teams at Trinity advance to Gold Championship. Top two seeded teams at Cornerstone advance to Silver Championship.

COACHES MEMO. The revised schedule will be posted shortly. We are targeting it to go live by 11:00am. Thank you for your patience. Reminder, plan to play your regular Saturday schedule with the exception that games will start at 10:00am.
POSTED 8:30am - All games tomorrow will start at 10:00am in the revised Sat & Sun schedule.
POSTED 8:15am Fri 7/9 - We will not play any games today (Fri) in the Regional Championship. Schedule has been rewritten for a Sat & Sun three game guarantee with two Championship games in each division. New schedule will be posted shortly. Will keep the original Saturday game schedule as much as possible. All teams playing the 10am games this morning should hold off heading to their respective ball parks at this time. It is possible to push back game times today. However, we have a Sat & Sun schedule already worked out and play a complete tournament.
POSTED THURSDAY 7/8 8:00 pm - In the event that we are not able to start the tournament tomorrow (Fri 7/9) due to inclement weather conditions, we will play the Saturday schedule "as is". On Sunday, all 18U teams will play their third pool game at either Trinity University or Cornerstone. The #1 seeded teams in Pools A, B, C and D will advance to one of two Championship games to be played at 6:00. There will be a Gold Championship game played at Trinity University and a Silver Championship game played Cornerstone. There will not be any consolation games. Please stay tuned and we will be doing everything we can to stay on track with the schedules "as is"; however, wanted you to have a heads up on Plan B. *Perfect Game and tournament staff reserve the right to amend or adjust the original schedule and the suggested Plan B. Coaches, good afternoon, hope you have had a great week so far. The staff and I have been watching the weather and weather patterns all week. I have been in close contact with each of the venues where we are hosting games this weekend. All are reporting that conditions are currently good to go.  I am writing to make sure we have a solid plan in place in the event we encounter inclement weather or interruptions. I post updates and memos in real time in two places. Please let your parents know as well so they too are “in the know”. If I am made aware of a weather related issue affecting the schedule, I will immediately post a notice: On the tournament home page at the top in the notes section. With only four games a day per field (by design) we have room throughout the day to delay or push back game times (which is fantastic). Baseball will be played this weekend and we are looking forward to a fantastic tournament.

Coaches MUST complete online rosters. Online/digital waivers are emailed to parents/guardians for digital signature. Players do not populate on roster until waivers are signed. PG staff audit and check for compliance. Please be advised.

4GG. Each team will play three pool games Fri & Sat. All teams will play Sunday. Pool winners advance to semi-final round and Championship game; others to consolation game. Out of town teams play later on first day.

Please be advised that metal spikes are not allowed on the mound synthetic turf mounds at any of the ball fields being used for the tournament - Trinity University, Cornerstone Christian or D-BAT Kerrville. Coaches, thank you for helping police this matter.
