Lance Hanna (2024 RHP, Rossville, IN) showed a linear path from the right side with his swing while creating quickness in his hands, working to the pull side part of the field with line drive contact coming off.
Jonnie Gifford (2024 C, Fort Gibson, OK) was able to create some separation in his swing and he did a nice job of getting the barrel out front, finding the barrel while showing quickness to his hands.
Trevor Dosenbach (2024 SS, West Grove, PA) did a nice job of creating some real strength off the barrel, swinging with intent and showing nice bat speed. The life coming off the barrel stood out as it played well to all fields with whip to the barrel.
Nate Kittredge (2024 2B, Milton, GA) has projectable tools in the box and did a nice job of staying short and direct to the ball while extending through the point of contact and consistently finding the barrel throughout his round.
Yahil Melendez (2023 SS, Guanica, PR) has a smooth and projectable lefthanded swing that will continue to progress, especially as he adds additional strength to his frame. He gets the barrel out front and creates nice leverage, showing nice carry coming off to his pull side.
Drew Kennedy (2023 1B, Malvern, PA) is a physical presence in the lefthanded batter’s box and he was able to generate some of the loudest contact on the day. Looking to hurt the ball to his pull side, Kennedy stayed pretty short and was able to launch it well deep to right field.
Starting spread in the box, JJ Howe (2024 OF, Bonaire, GA) stays short with his swing from the right side, staying simple with his mechanics and repeating well in the box. He projects with additional extension in his swing and found the barrel regularly throughout his round.
Marlon Moore (2024 SS, Foss, OK) utilizes a simple trigger in the box which allowed for steady contact at the plate. He generates nice bat speed and shows a handle for the barrel, creating some separation with leverage out front.
Chris Carmona (2024 C, Delray Beach, FL) showed some very quick hands in the box during his round, showing a quick and loose swing with solid contact to his pull side. He projects well moving forward too with plenty of room to fill throughout moving forward.
Ryan Daley (2024 RHP, Groveland, MA) was able to create some loud contact throughout his round, creating nice separation in his swing thanks to some quickness in his hands. The strength to his frame plays well both in generating bat speed and at the point of contact.
Will St. Onge (2024 3B, Sarasota, FL) shows looseness to his hands and remained short to the ball, keeping his mechanics simple in the box. He projects well as he incorporates additional lower half into his swing while working his pull side with confidence.
Ariston Veasey (2024 C, Tyrone, GA) put a simple and easy set of mechanics on display in the box from the right side of the plate, staying on time with his leg lift well. He does a nice job of getting the barrel to the ball consistently and projects well with added strength to his frame.
David Hogg II (2024 SS, Grand Prairie, TX) is a young switch-hitter who impressed from both sides of the plate and will only continue to improve with time. One of the more physical players to take BP today, Hogg was able to generate whip to the barrel while impacting the ball to all parts of the field.
Timothy Lawson (2024 LHP, Fort Myers, FL) did a nice job throughout his round, getting the barrel to the ball regularly with a short stroke and strength at the point of contact.
Erick Soto (2024 C, Deerfield Beach, FL) has a strong build and he knows how to incorporate that strength into his righthanded swing. Each time he got the barrel to the ball Soto was able to impact the baseball with a loud sound coming off to the middle and pull side part of the field.
Tyshon Patty (2023 SS, Lawrenceville, GA) looks the part as he digs in at the plate and shows strength to his hands with fluidity to his swing path. The ball jumps when he squares it up with nice carry and occasional backspin to his pull side.
