The 2024 Boo in the Lou is taking applications. Boo in the Lou is a 5 game guarantee showcase with 4 pool play games and single elimination bracket play. Enjoy the perks of a 1 park showcase and college coaches being fed to keep them in the park all day! Last year we had over 150 college coaches in attendance.

Each team will receive a confirmation letter via email if accepted into the tournament. Our tournament procedures and hotel policy will be sent with acceptance letters, all teams are required to stay in our approved hotels and go through our tournament hotel coordinator after the team has been accepted into the tournament. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the tournament and if a team does not abide by our tournament rules they will be removed from the tournament.

Refunds for teams that request to be removed prior to July 15 will be issued refunds after July 30 of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee. After July 15 there will be no refunds given for teams who drop from the tournament.
If the tournament is canceled due to weather, 50 percent refund of the tournament fee will be given. Tournament direc- tors have the right to change the tournament format due to weather conditions. If two games have been played there will be no refund. If the tournament is canceled due COVID or any other causes, refunds will be issued of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR.
