For the 17th time in their history, the Cotuit Kettleers won the Cape Cod Baseball Leagues Championship, sweeping the Harwich Mariners in two games for the crown. Led by postseason MVP Casey Schmitt of San Diego State, the Kettleers went 6-1 in the playoffs, eliminating the Wareham Gatemen and Falmouth Commodores before facing Harwich. Former North Carolina head coach and ABCA Hall of Famer Mike Roberts won his third title as manager of the Kettleers.

The Cape League is comprised of 10 teams split into Eastern and Western Divisions and remains the most prestigious summer collegiate league in the country. As of 2018, more than 300 Cape League alumni were playing in the major leagues, living up to is long-time slogan, “Where the Stars of Tomorrow Shine Tonight.”

Compiled below is a list of the Top 50 professional prospects who spent meaningful time on the Cape in 2019, and does not include those who competed for Team USA. Led by top prospect Nick Gonzales, a 2019 Perfect Game 1st Team All-American out of New Mexico State, the list is followed by reports on the Top 30 players.
