Baseball Off-Season Strength and Conditioning Program-Suggestions

•  Set achievable, training-goals and maintain training-diary to track progress.

•  Emphasize total-body programs over split-routines, which provide more flexible holiday-schedule.

•  Emphasize high-intensity, interval-sprinting and minimize low-intensity, distance-running / jogging.

•  Emphasize training athletic-movements (push/pull/lunge/squat/rotate), NOT individual-muscles.

•  Emphasize controlling bodyweight before adding external-loads.

•  Emphasize Injury-Prevention (Prehab).

•  Emphasize Recovery and Regeneration.
