With the new Collective Bargaining Agreement and the inclusion of a signing bonus pool, several high-profile high school prospects either turned down significant money or simply saw their stock slide because they were deemed tough to sign.
On Wednesday, we took an in-depth look at the top 10 high school prospects, by Perfect Game's standards, heading to college. But with 31 of the top 100 not signing, this year's freshman class is filled with some ultra-talented players.
With that in mind, we take an inside look at the next 30 college-bound high school prospects.

RHP Ryan Burr, Arizona State -- Burr was a tough sign and was drafted by the Rangers in the 33rd round. Ranked No. 59 nationally in this draft class in terms of high school prospects, the talented righty has a fastball up to 93.
LHP James Matthew Crownover, Clemson -- Would've been a big-time prospect in the MLB draft, but dropped after having Tommy John surgery. Excellent when healthy, Crownover flashed a fastball up to 94 last August. Ranked No. 62 going into the draft.
