OXFORD, Miss. -- LSU starting pitchers Kevin Gausman and Ryan Eades are two of the nation’s top MLB draft prospects, Gausman for the upcoming draft and Eades for the 2013 draft.

But while both Gausman and Eades are important to the Tigers’ success this spring, and eventual hopes of winning a national title, unassuming freshman right-handed pitcher Aaron Nola might just be the key to the program winning its seventh national title, as he completely solidifies this LSU weekend rotation.

Recent history tells us it’s mighty important to have a solid three-man rotation in the NCAA postseason, especially the College World Series.
